Family Fun Days

Family Fun Days are held typically once a month in meeting room A. Each program will feature various themes and are typically geared for Families of all ages, though there are a few for schoolagers. Typical expected attendence for craft programs are 25. Non-craft programs can expect attendence of upwards of 40-50. Underneath each program description is also a listing of the various developmental attributes ("D.A.") being excercised in each class as well as any indication of need for Library Volunteers. Unless specifically noted, teen and adult volunteers are utilized for craft prep (cutting out 100 circles for a craft, sorting perler beads, organizing bags for crafts that use multiple parts, etc) and photographing library events and handing out photo release forms to any patron that has their photo taken. Marketing for all programs at TKML are promoted through the following print and online venues: the TKML Quarterly newsletter and website, facebook.com, twitter.com, macaronikid.com, the Parkland Station Gazette, meetup.com and tumblr.com.
